Metabolomic Peaks

Upload your metabolomic peaks (terminal) file OR paste in the box.
This is a tab delimited format with three columns: m/z value, the mode of LC ('positive' or 'negative'), and a prize (sample file here).

Lipidomic Peaks

Upload your lipidomic peaks (terminal) file OR paste in the box.
This is a tab delimited format with three columns: m/z value, the mode of LC ('positive' or 'negative'), and a prize (sample file here).

Metabolites and/or Proteins

Upload your metabolites and/or proteins (terminal) file OR paste in the box.
This is a tab delimited input file with three columns that includes details about terminal proteins and metabolites: Protein and metabolite IDs (as gene symbols and HMDB IDs, respectively) go in the first column, their prizes in the second column, and the terminal type (i.e. 'Gene_Protein' for proteins or 'Metabolite' for metabolites) in the third column (sample file here).
