Online Motif Discovery with WebMOTIFS

Thank you for your interest in WebMOTIFs, which was first published in 2007.

Since then, many other excellent programs for motif discovery have been developed.

In February 2023, we shut down WebMOTIFs. We encourage you to seek out more up-to-date tools.
